By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Orders

• Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.
• Contract Formation: A contract between you and Store 1801 TheAnkaraPlace is formed once we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation email.
• Amendments: Orders cannot be changed once confirmed. Please double-check your order before checkout. You can return the order once received but you will bear the cost of shipping the orders back to us.

• Currency: All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate (unless stated otherwise).
• Payment Methods: We accept payment through Stripe, major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.
• Secure Transactions: Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your card information.

4. Delivery (UK & International)

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• UK Delivery: Standard delivery within the UK is 2–5 business days via DPD, Royal Mail or any tracked courier.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated separately from the orders at checkout and sent to you for a separate payment. You may also arrange your own delivery by picking up at our address or booking a tracked courier to pick up.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery time and cost vary based on location.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 10 days of receiving it.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and sale items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
• Return Process: Email orders@store1801.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds: Processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods and refunded to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style. Exchanges

can only be done if you come personally to our store for a physical exchange.

7. Product Descriptions & Sizing

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and imagery are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution. Please consult our Size Guide before ordering.
