Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated after your order is placed based on your location and would be paid separately in addition to the cost of the order.
  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • UK Next Day Delivery: Order before 12 PM, Monday–Friday
  • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (varies by country)

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at orders@store1801.com within 1 hour of placing it.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging. View our full Returns Policy [insert link].

Complete the Returns Form included in your parcel or download it from our website and return to the address provided. You’ll be refunded once we receive and inspect your items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return an item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Yes! We offer a 5% discount to students. Verify your status through your current and verifiable student ID card.
