2. What Is a Complaint?

A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction regarding our products, services, or communication.

3. How to Make a Complaint

Email: orders@store1801.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or documents (if applicable)

4. What Happens Next?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
  • You will receive a full response within 5–7 working days
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and efficiently as possible

5. Unresolved Complaints

We will strive to ensure that all complaints are resolves and on time. If we cannot resolve your complaint internally, we will resort to an amicable settlement through an arbiter jointly selected by both parties.
